Low Dose Radiation in Great Lakes Water Systems a Serious Health Hazard

Many of these scientists have been surprised to discover effects such as genomic instability, the bystander effect, an increase in Relative Biological Effect (RBE), mini-satellite damage and non-homogeneous distribution of radionuclides.
